Read our most frequently asked questions to help you with any order queries, shipping, payment or tracking queries!
- Click on the “Shop” link at the top of our homepage, and scroll down to view our products.
- Once you have found what you want, select “Add to Cart”. It might have you select “Type” depending on the strain. If it does, choose a pack size, and feminized or regular if applicable. Then add to cart.
- Once you’ve added your selections to the cart, you can click check out. Or if on the Shop page, click the cart icon on the top right of the page
- You are then directed to the billing page. Enter all the required information
- Check the terms and conditions box, select payment type, and click “Place Order”
You may make payment using any of the current payment methods stated on checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number, and instructions on how to send payment.
If you did not receive an order confirmation and would like information on your order progress, please contact us
You can track the progress of your order using the tracking link sent to you via email. You can also use the page here if you have a tracking number.
If you have questions about your order you can email orders@elev8seeds.com or use an alternate method from our contact page. Make sure to include your name and confirmation number.
Once we receive payment, your order’s status will be upgraded to processing, and an email will be sent to you. We try to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on the volume of orders. Paid orders are processed first come, first served. When we have completed your order, you will receive an invoice which contains a tracking number for either UPS Ground or USPS.
