We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to shipping issues. It is the customers responsibility to pay any related taxes once the parcel arrives in customs. We cannot be held responsible for packages which go missing in transit. If your parcel is missing, please contact the courier. You will be able to find the courier information using the tracking number provided to you via email.

Some countries we ship to are eligible for free shipping with the use of a free shipping coupon and/or when the order subtotal reaches the threshold for your country.

Free shipping is available over €90 in Europe – Excluding Madeira, Azores, Cyprus, Malta, Turkey, Greece, Melilla, Gibraltar, and Islands in; Greece, Estonia, Croatia, France & Finland.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to any countries where cannabis seeds are forbidden by law so this table is subject to change at any time if a country legalizes or outlaws the sale of cannabis seeds.
